Lynn Harnishfeger, Director of National Accounts (On-Demand Services)

Lynn comes to Springwise Facility Management with over 15 years of facilities management experience. As a former retail facility manager, Lynn understands the needs and concerns if retail management. After her time as a retail facility manager, Lynn took a service provider role which has lasted over the past several years. Dedicated to catering to the retail facility manager needs, Lynn understands the importance of brand protection and budget constraints the facility manager faces. In addition to Lynn’s retail facility management background she has commercial real estate property management, sales and leasing agent experience. Lynn managed properties for private third parties as well as city and county redevelopment agencies.

Lynn values the importance of continued personal and professional development in the retail facility management industry. As such, Lynn’s professional affiliation spans several years with the Professional Retail Maintenance Association (PRSM). During Lynn’s tenure with PRSM, Lynn served as a subject matter expert for the development of the RFMP Certification Designation. Lynn has also served on several task forces, co-chaired committees, and held a seat on the Board of Directors for PRSM previously as a retail member and also as a vendor member (2013-2016). Lynn has received recognition and awards for excellence and service to PRSM and was the 2008 Retailer of the Year recipient. Lynn is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women Association.

With 13 years of successful sales leadership under his facility management belt, and bolstered by a substantial background in operations and financial analysis, Roger’s contribution to the Springwise team is tangible. Sales development and exterior services pricing for national accounts west of the Mississippi his primary responsibility, Roger’s distinctive vision for Springwise account management – one in which the sales and operations teams work together - helps further ensure that problems are continually and proactively solved for clients.

Mark Foley, Director of Operations (On-Demand and Construction Services)

With 15 years of experience in facility management, including 10 years as the Facilities Director for Rite-Aid Corporation, and 20 years in maintenance and construction, Mark Foley has a proven track record in managing the properties, systems, and equipment that comprise national retail operations. Mark’s expertise in all systems required to maintain quality facilities and grounds, including HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems, allows him to oversee all projects and recurring services to ensure customer needs are being met. Mark’s background also includes financial management as well as the military, valuable life experience applied as Mark assists clients in resource allocation - determining how and when to spend and constantly remain within targets.

John Powers, Director of Information Technology

John, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (since Windows 3.5) with over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, leads a team of IT professionals who work tirelessly with the Springwise team to make sure that computer systems and networks are operational and functioning at a high level. By making sure that the flow of data continues uninterrupted and by implementing systems for troubleshooting and restoration, John makes sure that we have 24/7 business continuity so that we can achieve the same for our clients.

Citing his preventative methodology, John’s goal is to make sure that his elaborate, intelligent systems for critical data backup, regularly scheduled backup, quick recovery, and machine redundancy amount to 24/7 readiness in our ability to execute on-demand and recurring services that solve problems for our clients.
