Springwise History

We were founded in 1969 as a local irrigation contractor servicing Northern Indiana . Ten years later, we had grown throughout the midwest. In 1995, we were awarded our first nationwide contract and since then have grown our service offerings to adapt to our clients’ needs and provide them a full spectrum of facility management support.
 
2009 is a time for us to take on a name which more accurately reflects who we are and what we stand for - Springwise.

Springwise. A new name for 40+ years of dependability. For nearly half a century, we’ve been a successful partner to clients across the country. It is time, however, for us to take on a name that reflects more accurately who we are and what we stand for.

Throughout the transition to our new brand, you will see a combination of both Springwise and Genesis. We are proud of our history and the reputation our company has. This is not simply a name change or just new marketing materials. This is truly an evolution of our company. As time goes on, you will slowly start to see less and less reference to Genesis Facility Management. It is important to us, however, during the evolution of Genesis into Springwise that we continue to embrace the history and reputation associated with Genesis; after all, it is who we are and has provided the roots for Springwise to flourish.
