Springwise is first in the facility management industry to earn ISO certification

ISO 9001 Registered Springwise is pleased to announce it is the first facility management company in the US to achieve an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 quality management system certification.

This successful certification is based on an independent audit performed by National Quality Assurance, Inc. (NQA), one of the largest and most respected ISO certification auditors in the world and is accredited by the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB). Auditors from NQA examined the firm’s quality management and control systems, called Quality Springwise Systems (QSS), and verified the company had upheld the quality standards flawlessly. The certification review did not find any non-conformance issues and did not suggest any changes to QSS thus achieving a rare perfect audit score under the rigorous new standard.
